We do not guarantee the day or time of delivery as part of our normal shipping. Please contact us before making a purchase should you require specific shipping arrangements and we will endeavor to help (this may incur an additional charge).
Any shipping fees include handling, packing, and postage. We advise you to group your items for delivery to the same address as one order to take advantage of any free delivery or other promotional offers. Multiple destinations need to be placed as separate orders. In line with GDPR, sender details are not included in deliveries unless specifically requested.
Boxes are shipped in protective packaging.
In the event of adverse weather, this being beyond our control, deliveries may be delayed. This includes unusually high temperatures which could otherwise affect the quality of the product.
During busy periods we aim to limit orders in order to avoid foreseeable delays. In the unlikely event of any delays beyond our control will of course keep you fully informed.
